Basic principles in foot care.
Just like other parts of your body, you should not forget to take care of your feet every day. Make sure your feet are not scratched, ulcerated or swollen. You should soak your feet in warm water to avoid leaving it for too long because it will dry out your foot skin .
You should use moisturizing products for them every day. Apply cream avoiding the area between your toes. Because this skin area needs to always be dry to avoid infection,
Do not use tight shoes or sandals. You should use shoes that make your feet feel comfortable. Do not use shoes that hurt your feet. Avoid using flip-flops and flat shoes. Change the use of shoes with the ones you have.
Feet should be kept clean. Trim toenails neatly. This limits the condition of long toenails affecting your movement.
